The Department of Oncology at McMaster University has several clinical research fellowship positions available in Medical Oncology
Duration: 1 - 2 year Fellowships
Start Date: July 1, 2027
Deadline Date for Applications: Sept. 30, 2026

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have completed Medical Oncology subspecialty
2.CPSO licensing to practice in the Province of Ontario
3. Curriculum vitae - include information on teaching and research positions, list of publications, certificates, awards, scholarships, memberships, etc
4. *Three appropriate professional letters of reference, one from the Residency Program Director*
5.Covering letter outlining personal learning goals and preliminary thoughts for development of a research/clinical project
6.Medical School transcripts

Clinical Research Fellowship
The division of medical oncology at the University of Calgary is seeking applications for a lung cancer fellowship or combined lung and breast oncology clinical & research fellowship, based at the University of Calgary and the Arthur J.E. Child Cancer Centre.
Training Experience Required
The ideal candidate has recently completed (<5 years) or will soon complete clinical training in Medical Oncology and previously completed Internal Medicine training. This fellowship aims to foster critical thinkers within medical oncology that can be future national leaders in the field.

a. If you have recently obtained your Oncology certification, then one of your referees must be the program director in charge of Oncology training.
