Associate Corresponding - $50.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 15th No automatically recurring payments Corresponding Members shall be those persons who are otherwise entitled to membership in the Association but who are residing outside of Canada on a semi-permanent or permanent basis. Corresponding members shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Association except that such members shall not have the right to vote at annual meeting, or hold office in the Association.

Associate Non-Oncology Trainee - Free Subscription period: Unlimited May include medical students who are enrolled in a Canadian medical school and physicians who are enrolled in an internal medicine residency training program accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Individuals are eligible to be in this category during training, including fellowship or until they are accepted in a Medical Oncology program. Once accepted in a Medical Oncology program, they will be transferred to Associate Resident/Fellow category.

One reference letter/email from an active CAMO member in good standing is required.

Associate Resident/Fellow - Free Subscription period: Unlimited May include graduates in medicine and those who have been accepted into a training program in Medical Oncology which has been approved by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Members in this category shall have their membership reviewed after completion of their training program and upon application to the Association in the prescribed form may be transferred to Active membership on payment of the appropriate fee.

Individual - $250.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 15th No automatically recurring payments Individual Members shall be individuals who are medical doctors or other individuals who have successfully completed a recognized program of scientific study and who have a primary interest in and are engaged professionally in medical oncology research, treatment or diagnosis prevention. Each Individual Member shall be entitled to one vote in all matters at meetings of members, chair committees and be eligible for election as a director.

Individual (3 year membership) - $712.50 (CAD) Subscription period: 3 years, on: January 15th No automatically recurring payments 5% discount for a three-year Individual Membership ($712.50 – a savings of $37.50)

Individual (5 year membership) - $1,125.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 5 years, on: January 15th No automatically recurring payments 10% discount for a five-year Individual Membership ($1,125.00 – a savings of $125.00)
